We do not provide refunds for:
Change of mind
Accidental purchases
Failure to read the product description
Incompatibility with a customer’s preferred device or software
Customers who receive an incorrect, damaged or inaccessible file should contact us at info@victoryvoyagellc.com with their order number. We will provide reasonable assistance or a replacement copy of the purchased file.
This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
